Petite Maison de Jardin

The below picture is of Petit Trianon. It was Marie Antoinette's little getaway house at Versailles. It was where she got away from the pressure of court. In order to get inside you had to have a personal invite from the Queen. This even went for the King and her servants.

This picture however, is what I'd imagine my getaway house would look like.

On my bookshelves there will be hundreds of books. Of course all of the classics and mushy love stories and poems.

Oh, and their will always be fresh peonies in antique vases and candles.
