Darlin I LOVE Days Off

I am currently enjoying a wonderful day off. I woke up and ran errands, did 2 loads of laundry and then deep cleaned the master bathroom. I know this is lame but what are your favorite cleaning products? Here are my top two:

Tilex Mold & Mildew

The best tub/shower cleaner I have found. Gets things seriously clean.

Fabuloso Lavender Floor Cleaner

It is like aromatherapy while you clean. The best part is that you can find it at the dollar store.

Fun tip: Instead of buying glass cleaner take a old spray bottle and fill a 1/4 of it with rubbing alcohol and the rest with water. Never have to buy Windex again. Also this is what you should be using on any stainless steel appliances.

Now if only my bathroom looked like this one from Stephmodo's La Maisonnette home in Beynac, France. Believe it or not this is a rental property. My friend SaraRuth and I are saving our pennies for a week to frolic in the French Countryside. I'm so happy her hubby Jason is a chef because I'm sure the produce is amazing.

Did I really just post about cleaning products? Who says married life doesn't change a person?!

Wedding Photos!!!

The wedding photos have arrived in my inbox. I have to say that Michell Frizzel an associate of Kelli Nixon Photography did a fantastic job. For you Charleston girls on a tight budget like I was, call Michell. (I mean TIGHT budget btw) It was truly a pleasure working with her. Let me know if you'd like to see more pictures.

Looking over the 300 and something pictures made me want to live the entire day over again. It went way too fast with so many great memories.

What I'd rather be doing

Since I've been back from the honeymoon it feels like all I've done is work. It's Thursday and and my next day off is Monday. It's not rare I work 7 days straight but c'mon... I'm beat. Here is what I'd rather do tomorrow:

1) Bake this Mile High Apple Pie from Better Homes and Garden.

2) Continue reading South of Broad by Author Pat Conroy. The story takes place here in Charleston. I love how detailed he is about the city. Everything from the streets to the people. For those of you not from Charleston, everyone that lives South of Broad Street are very wealthy and usually are ancestors of the original settlers of the city. Which is why they are also known as S.O.B.'s.

3) Venture out to Boone Hall Plantation and pick up some pumpkins. How pretty are these pumpkins from Martha Stewart.

I guess I'll have to wait until Monday. I know I won't get to do any of these things since I'll be writing thank you notes all day long.

Where did I get Darlin' I from???

It's about time y'all know why i call this Blog Darlin' I. It's quite simple. One of Matt's favorite singers is Tony Lucca. About a year ago I fell in love with Tony's song Darlin' I. So without further ado here is Tony's video off of YouTube. It's a little slower then the one i'm use to but just as great. ENJOY!

With him is our other two favorite artist Brian Wright and Joe Firstman. Here is a pic of Joe and us back in July.

DARLIN' WE ARE MARRIED!!!!

So I'm officially Mrs. Ishee. The day was absolutely gorgeous and we were surrounded with such love and fun people. Here are a couple of photos of our Photo Booth Corner. Matt, my brother in-law Erik and my brother Brady built this in our garage. It was definitely a hit!We then printed out the pictures on the Poloroid Pogo Printer. It prints a 2x3 photo which is also a sticker. Guest stuck it in our guest book and then sign their message. Lets just say as the night went on the photos got zany and the guestbook got hilarious. I HEART MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY! I promise I will post more pictures once I return from our honeymoon. We leave tomorrow for Amelia Island and then its on to New Orleans. Woo-Hoo!
