Peaches and Prosciutto on Ciabatta

I made this super easy and scrumptious summer appetizer for dinner at my Papa's house the other night.


1) Toast Ciabatta slices. I brushed mine with a tad of olive oil.


2) Spread each piece with ricotta cheese and sprinkle with a bit of black pepper.

3) Add a thin slice of prosciutto and a drizzle of honey to each slice.

4) Then top with two slices of ripe peaches.


I enjoyed these with a glass of pinot grigio. Perfect summertime app.
