Carolina Peach Sangria

Here is the Recipe for Carolina Peach Sangria. It is a great summertime drink to share with friends. I've made it twice in two weeks and its been a hit both times.

1 Bottle of Rose Wine

3/4 C Vodka

1/2 C Peach Nectar

6 TBSP Lemonade Concentrate

2 Ripe Peaches Cubed

1 C Strawberries or Raspberries

2 C Chilled Club Soda

1) in a large glass pitcher combine wine, vodka, nectar and lemonade. Stir well

2) Add Peaches and berries.

3) Refrigerate for 8 hours

4) Add Club Soda before serving

5) Enjoy! It is quite tasty and dangerous

Friday night it rained almost the entire time, but we had a great time cracking jokes and sipping on Carolina Peach Sangria (recipe to follow).
