I love portable food

The other night I wanted to bake. I had some pie pastry in the freezer and some apples in the fridge so I whipped up some hand pies.

I don't have a recipe for you since I made it up as I went. Just the usual apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, little butter and a pinch of salt.
