Michigan

The Charleston heat is killing me slowly. I'm definitely missing the Michigan summers of my past.

The good news is my parents are coming in for a visit in a week. Hopefully they bring cooler weather and maybe some cherries. (a clue)

    1.) Erik chopped down my cherry tree this year. Everyone ganged up on me and said it was dead...so sorry, no cherries for you.
    2.) I will bring some heat tolerant perennials... for your pressure cooker of a climate.
    3.) Michigan has been blasted hot, too, this year. We've had heat index of 112 on many days, although be it not as many as you.
    4.) Can't wait to see you guys...so excited.

    Bleh, I feel ya on the heat! There are days where I feel like I can't take one more day (drama much?).

    We used to vacation in MI when I was younger and it was sooooo nice...and cool!
